My Leadership Philosophy
Personal Endeavors
A leader should always lead from the front. I take those words rather literally and have always strived to lead by example. I firmly believe in the Inverted Pyramid method and that leaders should (and have the responsibility to) serve those they lead.
The relationship between leader and subordinate is an important institution that should be built on mutual respect, trust, and understanding. Above all else, a leader must be aware of his own short comings and those he leads.
As a leader, I find it exceedingly important to never ask someone else to do something that I would not do myself, and to set expectations and accountability for all parties involved to prove that those I lead can trust and depend on me just as I trust and depend on them.
